  • Orders are generally processed within 4-5 business days after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information through the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard domestic delivery generally takes 7-14 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Certain locations may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
  • If free shipping is offered for a particular order, the applicable shipping charge will be shown as ₹0 at checkout.
  • Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be displayed separately at checkout before order confirmation.

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons attributable to the customer, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

Any applicable re-shipping or additional delivery charges may be communicated to the customer before re-dispatch.

10. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
